Syrian refugees flee fighting towards Golan

Thousands of Syrian refugees were camped next to Al-Rafeed in Syria on the border with the Israeli fence on the Golan Heights as fighting raged in Syria in late June and early July. In this video shot from Mount Peres the refugees or IDPs can be seen inside the ceasefire line and next to the fence. They are some of the estimated 270,000 who have fled fighting in Syria since the regime began its offensive in mid-June, 2018.
